         OUR BELIEFS

As a Apostolic / Pentecostal Church which has established itself based on the Apostles' Doctrine (Acts 2:42), a discipline taught by the Apostles as given to them by the Lord Jesus Christ, We believe in Repentance, Baptism in the mighty name of Jesus Christ for the purpose of removing or remitting sins, the infilling of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in another tongue, the oneness of the Godhead, and clean and Holy living as outlined in the scriptures. We Believe that Jesus first of all had direct contact with the Apostles and through that contact, taught certain principles and disciplines that they passed on to us through writings from the book of acts through the book of revelation. There are few instances where Jesus is giving doctrinal instruction in the scripture, therefore, if we want to follow the totality of the teachings of Jesus Christ, then we MUST adhere to the teachings of the ones who had exclusive contact with Jesus and were taught personally by Jesus, the Apostles. Hence, we have the Apostles' Doctrine and the backbone of the Apostolic Faith. We Believe first comes REPENTANCE and turning from sin REPENTANCE is ESSENTIAL to ones SALVATION (Acts 7:10, Luke 24:27), is NECESSARY for the REMISSION (removal) of sins and to receive the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38), and that without it we shall perish in our sins (Luke 13:3). WE believe that REPENTANCE INVOLVES A CEASING of Sinful activity (II-Corinthians 5:17), and that those who would call themselves SAVED must go through the repenting process. Otherwise, what report would we have as to what God saved us from?...WE believe in the Baptism as outlined in (Acts 2:38), the baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. We believe that peter was in full compliance with the Great Commission in (Matthew 28:19), to "baptize in the NAME of the father, and of the son, and of the Holy Ghost". We believe that "name" to be JESUS (Acts 4:12). We DO NOT support the notion that there exists three gods (God the father, God the son, and God the Holy Ghost), as the scripture supports only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:29, 32, I-Timothy 2:5, Ephesians 4:5, James 2:19). We also do not believe that it takes three co-existent, co-eternal persons to make up God when it only takes one Devil to be Lucifer!!!! We believe that baptism is essential to salvation [Jesus set the example and declared it to be essential in Matthew 3:15] in that, along with repenting, it removes all sins, spoken and unspoken, when a person is submerged in water while the name of Jesus Christ is being applied (Acts 2:38, Romans 6:11). We believe that when a person RECEIVES the Holy Ghost, certain signs FOLLOW this significant event (Mark 16:17), the most prevailing of these is SPEAKING IN OTHER TONGUES (Acts 2:4 [the Jews received the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues], Acts 10:45-46 [the Gentiles received the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues]). We believe that the Holy Ghost is the self same spirit that Quickened Jesus from the dead, and that quickens our mortal bodies (Romans 8:11), and that by receiving the Holy Ghost, we obtain POWER to help us walk upright and witness to others on the GOODNESS OF JESUS (Acts 1:8). We believe in ONE GOD, AND ONE GOD ONLY, As mentioned above, we do not BELIEVE IN THREE GODS, or THREE persons making up one God, but of ONE GOD ALL BY HIMSELF in (Genesis 22:16, Isaiah 44:24, Isaiah 45:23, Jeremiah 22:5, Jeremiah 49:13, and Ezekiel 14:7, God used the words 'BY MYSELF' NOT 'by ourselves'). We believe that this UNDERSTANDING does not come through common sense reasoning and interpretation of scripture, but that it is a MYSTERY in which REVELATION is GIVING to those who would RECEIVE IT (I-Timothy 3:16). "HOLY GHOST FILLED AND FIRE BAPTIZED" WE HAVE JESUS ON OUR SIDE AND WE ARE  RUNNING FOR OUR LIFES'..ALL THE WAY TO GLORY

Please read and understand the above, we are NOT! Trinity we do not believe God needs any help or shares his glory with anyone. He is God all by himself I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Isaiah 42:8 (KJV) Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God is one LORD: and thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deut 6:4-5 (KJV). We believe God Put on Flesh came into the world to redeem Man unto him, gave himself a Name that is now above all names Jesus {Isaiah 59:16} And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.{ Isaiah 59:17} For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.

He would not give his glory even to a Son, we must see in the eyes of the Spirit and not of Flesh, God gave himself a Name to bring salvation and that name is Jesus. The Apostles knew Jesus was God, Thomas said it when he said, My Lord and my God. John knew it when he wrote {John 1:14} And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. {John 1:1}. God said He does not change, he will not and does not change his word, if he was one god in the old testament he is one God in the new testament, he did not somewhere along the way have a son, the Son is the Flesh of God that was born unto Mary, he nailed that Flesh  to the cross and gave himself a name that is above all name Jesus  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. {Acts 4:12}. It says a Name not names it is (Singular and not Plural more than one) so does {Matt 28:19} it says baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and that “Name” is Jesus. The Apostles of Jesus Never used the “Titles” they used a Name the Man and Name they lived with for over 3 years the name of Jesus. The holy ghost is the Spirit and the Promise Jesus sent unto his People (Children) and he sent this promise with a sign unto his children that they had it (With Evidence of speaking in other tongues’) Just like on the Day of Pentecost And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. {Acts 2:1-4} We believe that we have to take on his Name to be a part of him, when a wife marries her husband they take on His name, and not his titles. When someone addresses us, they address us by our name and not our Titles or Offices. The Baptizing formulas was changed in 365 AD to go with the Jews offense of the name of Jesus  And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. {Acts 5:27-28}. We take on his name and are washed in his Blood. Jesus Said All power in heaven and earth is given unto me, for he went back to the fullness of God and the Godhead. So when you have Jesus you have it all!!
